I will consider other makes on their individual merits, based on the detail in your inquiry, but please note:

I'm unlikely to consider pianos of unknown, lost, or incomplete history, pre-war English makes, 'starter pianos' (typically auction wins of £500 or less), or locations substantially beyond my Southwest London / Surrey base.

Tim tuned my 1933 Steinway grand piano last week. Tim's customer service was exemplary: he answered my initial query on his website almost immediately, was able to schedule the appointment quickly, and arrived on time. He gave a very thorough examination of the piano. I've been playing it daily since his visit and think it has never sounded better.
